Birthday Breakfast at Chaps

I didn't know Spokane could ever be capable of something so fabulous. Not to belittle my beloved home, I think Spokane is great. But we are people who are simple, not overly concerned with some things that the bigger cities seem to waste much of their time on, such as sophistication.
We are a place where people enjoy playing basketball in the streets of downtown and we even boast some rustic citizens who would wish to try their hand at home castration for pets, but I digress.

Back to my point, which is that something wonderful has happened in Spokane. Chaps, just on the outskirts of town, was a quaint little restaurant/coffee shop that was worth going to just to see the elegant western decor. Not to mention the coffee was so good you could just order drip. They had great fresh food like, Chorizo Omelet and Banana Bread French Toast. Joe loved the place because it had a cowboy theme. Titus loved it because the food was great. We all loved it because it was family friendly and super yummy. Well, things have gotten even better! A bakery has moved in next door.

Go now! See for yourselves. It's awesome!
