A haircut for Joe.

Yesterday, Joe took the scissors to the front of his head. Luckily he only got hair. When we made quite a big deal about this, he replied nonchalantly, "Mom, it didn't even hurt."

He has always wanted a new haircut since the neighbor boy shaved his head down the middle. Joe explained it like this, " I want it really short on top and long on the sides and back." Gesticulating wildly, he continued, "You know, like Grandpa."
