Our hearts

Tonight Joe asked why I made a special memory wall for Isabelle. "Because she is a special part of our family and we want to remember her"
He thought about it for a minute and then said, "We don't miss her because we have her here." and he pointed to his heart.
"Our heart" I said.
"Yes" he nodded. Then he added, "We aren't sad because we always have her in our hearts."

Nothing like receiving words of comfort from your four year old.
