Easter 2011

There is one good picture amongst the lot of them, unfortunately it is the one of the inanimate object. But you don't have to take my word for it:

Joe shared his eggs with his brother. Judah had no eggs because when the other kids started running and collecting all the eggs faster than him, he chose to throw himself down on the ground in despair. (Where does he get this dramatic streak from?) Lucky for him he has a nice big brother.

"We would smile for a picture, Mom, but we just got CANDY." Joe tried. I guess.

The egg hunt at home worked much better for Judah, except he did drop his basket. He didn't seem to mind though and took a moment for silent reflection. (and breaking into the eggs)

Branson was ready for a serious haul (involving a trek through the Mohave desert if need be, from the looks of his open shirt). Most kids just have a basket, but he had a back pack to boot.

This is for my friend, the one who has the adorable smiling child. Just note here how lucky you are, this is how some of the rest of our children look in pictures.

Again, I feel I should point out that Joe is attempting, well actually, to smile. (You thought I was going to say have a BM, didn't you?)

I couldn't decide if it was better to have a brother picture with a kid in the background, where at least one child is trying to smile OR

to have a picture where clearly all participants have given up on looking cute, but there is no one in the background. You decide.

Here it is. The one you have all been waiting for.The picture without fault. Of course, it would be of food. What did you expect?
